Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) Provider Fair - Provider Registration

The Alamo Local Authority for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities facilitates an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) Provider Fair to provide information to the public about the following: IDD Residential Services such as a 6 bed group home, Case Management, Nursing Services, and day habilitation. ICF Providers can register to participate in the fair by providing the below information and certifications. A registration fee is charged to cover the postage costs for notifying potential consumers. The amount of the registration fee is set and agreed upon by the ICF Provider & LIDDA Collaboration Workgroup.

    By registering for this event, Provider and its representatives agree to adhere to the following Agreement for the safety of all attendees and in fairness to other exhibitors. Providers participating in the ICF Provider Fair ("Fair") must be in good standing with Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC)/Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS).

    The purpose of the Fair is to provide individuals, family members, and legally authorized representatives (LAR) the opportunity to gain knowledge about the various ICF Providers in Bexar County and their residential services.

    As a condition to attending and participating in the Fair, Provider understands and hereby agrees to the following:

    1. All provider representatives are required to wear their name tags with the provider organization clearly visible.
    2. Provider's representatives may not approach any person served, their family members/LAR outside their designated booth area. This specifically includes parking lots, lobby areas, or restrooms.
    3. Providers are to use their designated booth area only and have a representative present at all times. All promotional displays must fit within the designated area. Providers are not permitted to affix anything to the walls, floors, or ceiling.
    4. Do not obstruct the walkways in the display area with chairs, electrical cords or any other objects.
    5. Extension cords will not be allowed. There will be no electricity available for use.
    6. Providers are encouraged to have promotional items such as pictures, brochures, and leaflets.
    7. Set up is from 8:30am-10:00am and breakdown is from 2:00pm-3:30pm on the day of the event. Please do not set up or break down prior to designated times.

    The Provider assumes responsibility for personal or property loss or damage. AACOG/ALA does not maintain insurance covering the Provider's property and it is the sole responsibility of the provider to obtain business interruption and property damage insurance covering such losses by Provider.
