MR Services Coordination Specialist – HCS
 

Duties include developing a person directed and individual plan of care, offering choice of provider and monitoring the service delivery system through site visits to ensure service goals are met. Timely and accurate documentation essential. Must have Bachelor's degree in behavioral science, prefer one year of experience in delivering services to a person with developmental and / or intellectual disabilities. Non-smoker. Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation required. Hours 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., M - F. Salary $16.20 hourly / $1296.00 Bi-Weekly. Position is Open Until Filled.  There will be 35 vacancies for this position to be filled.  Please note the anticipated start date for these vacancies is April 1, 2010.
