Below are brief descriptions of some of the benefits available to AACOG employees. The benefits are approved by the governing Board of AACOG and are subject to change at any given time. Health InsuranceRegular full-time employees are eligible to participate in the agency health insurance program upon completion of the 90-day introductory period.
Dental InsuranceRegular full-time employees are eligible to participate in the agency dental insurance program upon completion of the 90-day introductory period.
Vision InsuranceRegular full-time employees are eligible to participate in the agency vision plan upon completion of the 90-day introductory period.
Disability/Life InsuranceRegular full-time employees are required to participate in the disability and life insurance program upon completion of the 90-day introductory period.
Professional DevelopmentRegular full-time employees who have completed one year of employment are eligible to participate in the tuition reimbursement plan. Conferences and training are also provided by AACOG.
HolidaysThe holiday schedule is approved annually. Regular full-time employees are eligible for holidays effective on the date of hire.
RetirementRegular full-time and part-time employees are required to participate in Texas County and District Retirement System (TCDRS) effective on the date of hire. Eligible employees and AACOG contribute an amount set by the governing body.
Deferred Compensation 457 PlanThrough ICMARC and Nationwide, eligible employees may contribute the maximum allowable by law pre-tax upon completion of the introductory period. |
