The Intellectual & Developmental Disability Services (IDDS) division of the Alamo Area Council of Governments (AACOG) is seeking proposals from firms to provide the software and services necessary for the implementation and hosting of an Electronic Health Records system that meets the criteria established herein. The solution is intended to eliminate one or more of IDDS’s current systems, including Q Continuum and TAS, while providing remote access to service coordinators and providers. All solutions must be HIPPA compliant. The offerings must be both advanced in its underlying architecture and intuitive in its usage. It must also be an open system to the degree that it is able to work seamlessly with the Electronic Visit Verification solution that has yet to be selected and implemented, an RFP for which will be issued forthwith. Any proposed solutions that do not meet the requirements will be discarded in whole without further consideration.
The RFP will be available from the AACOG website www.aacog.com under “Bid Opportunities” on Friday, December 15, 2017. Or you can contact the AACOG Contracts & Procurement Office to request an RFP packet.
