
The Alamo Area Council of Governments is accepting nominations for the 2010 Regional Awards. Recipients will be honored on June 30, 2010 at the Area Council & Board of Directors semiannual meeting.
Who can be nominated
Any person, corporation, community project, or governmental regional project that has contributed to the significant positive advancement of the region and/or any communities in the twelve counties of the Alamo Area (Atascosa, Bandera, Bexar, Comal, Frio, Gillespie, Guadalupe, Karnes, Kendall, Kerr, Medina, and Wilson Counties) is eligible for nomination. Current elected officials and public sector employees are ineligible for nomination, unless directly involved in a governmental regional project.

How to nominate
q Please complete one form for each entry. Unlimited nomination entries are allowed. Supporting documentation and letters of support are allowed.
q Complete nomination form; incomplete forms will not be considered. Please ensure all information is legible.
q The nomination form can be filled out online. If you do submit your nomination online, additional supporting documentation can be mailed to the address below. The form is also available on this site in Adobe PDF and Word Format. The nomination form can also be picked up from the AACOG offices at 8700 Tesoro Drive, Suite 700; or, requested by fax at (210) 225-5937.
