AACOG 2005 Regional Awards
 

The Alamo Area Council of Governments is currently reviewing nominations for the 2005 Regional Awards. Recipients will be honored at a special ceremony on June 22, 2005.  Current elected officials and public sector employees are ineligible for nomination, unless directly involved in a governmental regional project. Nominations were due Monday, May 2, 2005. 

  

Who can be nominated

 

Any person, corporation, community project, or governmental regional project that has contributed to the significant positive advancement of the region and/or communities in the twelve counties of the Alamo Area (Atascosa, Bandera, Bexar, Comal, Frio, Gillespie, Guadalupe, Karnes, Kendall, Kerr, Medina, and Wilson Counties) is eligible for nomination.

·        Regional Citizen of the Year

·        Corporate Citizen

·        Community Project

·        Governmental Regional Project

 

How to nominate

 

q      Please complete one form for each entry. Nomination entries are unlimited.  Supporting documentation and letters of support are allowed.

 

q      Fill out the form completely. Incomplete forms will not be considered. Ensure all information is legible.

 

q      The nomination form can be filled out online.  If you do submit your nomination online, additional supporting documentation can be mailed to the address below.  The form is also available on this site in Adobe PDF and Word Format.  The nomination form can also be picked up from the AACOG offices at 8700 Tesoro Drive, Suite 700; or, requested by fax at (210) 225-5937.
