Spotlight on: Edible Arrangements®. 

The Alamo Clean Air Partnership welcomes its newest member – Edible Arrangements® on Blanco Road.  The business creates healthy, edible bouquets of fruit that can be ordered on-line, by telephone or at their store. 

Local franchise owners, Stan and Donna Hershfeldt, not only focus on creating eye-pleasing arrangements, but also ensuring the company follows environmentally-friendly business practices.  Among the clean-air measures the San Antonio franchise has adopted are flexible employee work hours, refueling policies that limit emissions while filling their vehicles’ gas tanks, and regular inspection/maintenance of their delivery vans.
