  • Program Name: CPS’ Commercial and Industrial Rebates

  • Sponsoring Agency: City Public Service (CPS)

  • Program Description: This CPS program offers rebates to commercial and industrial customers for energy efficiency. Your business can earn up to $50,000 when you upgrade lighting, HVAC and other systems to run more efficiently and use less energy. All rebates are first-come, first serve.

  • Participation Eligibility & Requirements: Any CPS customer that is classified as commercial or industrial is eligible to apply for a rebate. The funds cannot exceed over $50,000 per customer. Rebate amounts are based on kW demand savings from installation or retrofit of new HVAC equipment, lighting fixtures, lights, roof coating, motors or other pre-approved equipment or device.   • Program Name: Pedernales Electric's Commercial Lighting Rebate Program
  • Sponsoring Agency: Pedernales Electric Cooperative (PEC)
  • Program Description: The rebate program provides incentives to PEC's business members for replacing lighting in existing commercial buildings with energy efficient options and for installing energy efficient lighting in new commercial construction.

    U.S. Department of Energy (DOE)

  • Program Description: EPA offers a proven strategy for superior energy management with tools and resources to help each step of the way. Based on the successful practices of ENERGY STAR partners, these guidelines for energy management can assist your organization in improving its energy and financial performance while distinguishing your organization as an environmental leader.

  • Program Name: Energy Star's Purchasing and Procurement Guidelines

  • Sponsoring Agency: U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
    U.S. Department of Energy (DOE)
  • Program Description: This program provides resources to assist procurement officials with smart purchase decisions. Purchasing efficient products reduces energy costs without compromising quality. Instituting an effective policy can be as easy as specifying ENERGY STAR qualified products, such as office equipment in contracts or purchase orders.

  • Program Name: SAWS' Commercial Conservation Rebates & Audits Program

  • Sponsoring Agency: San Antonio Water System (SAWS)

  • Program Description: With Commercial customers accounting for 10% of the customer base and 40% of SAWS' annual water sales, there is great potential for water savings through their commercial conservation programs. These include a commercial washing machine rebate program, a commercial large scale retrofit rebate program, a commercial cooling tower audit program, a restaurant certified WaterSaver program, Golf Fore SA program, and a commercial rain sensor rebate program.
