Mental Retardation Services Coordination Specialist -
COS2
Duties include developing a person directed and individual plan of care,
offering choice of provider and monitoring the service delivery system through
site visits to ensure service goals are met. Develops permanency plans and
conducts reviews for consumers under the age of 22. Serves as back-up
service coordinator for HCS Interest List contacts. Timely and accurate documentation essential. Bachelor's degree in behavioral science is required, prefer
one year of experience in delivering services to a person with mental
retardation. Non-smoker. Valid Texas driver's license and reliable
transportation required. Spanish speaker preferred. Hours 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.,
M - F. Salary $1,246.40 bi-weekly. Deadline for applying: Open until filled.
