Mental Retardation Services Coordination Specialist -
COS1
Duties include developing a person directed and individual plan of care,
offering choice of provider and monitoring the service delivery system through
site visits to ensure service goals are met. Timely and accurate documentation essential. Bachelor's degree in behavioral science is required, prefer
one year of experience in delivering services to a person with mental
retardation. Non-smoker. Valid Texas driver's license and reliable
transportation required. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. Hours 8:30 a.m. - 5:30
p.m., M - F. Salary $1,246.40 bi-weekly. Position open until filled.
