How to Apply for Employment with AACOG

To be considered for any position, it must be evident from the application that all minimum education and experience requirements are met. Applying for and meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee an interview. Once an application is submitted, it becomes the property of AACOG. AACOG is subject to the Texas Open Records Act and all submitted applications are subject to disclosure upon request, with few statutory exceptions.

Applicants selected for interviews will be required to provide transcripts for the highest level of education.

Special Note:  When entering Work History please enter most current to least current in chronological order, include contact information for previous employers in the comments section.

Apply Online

AACOG accepts online applications via our secure AACOG Connect site. AACOG Connect provides a step-by-step profile and resume builder for those seeking employment opportunities at AACOG.

Using AACOG Connect will allow you to view employment opportunities available at AACOG, learn more about our agency and employment benefits, create an online profile of yourself, submit a text resume, and apply for open positions.

  • In order to apply for a job, you must be a registered user of our system. Click Apply for the first time to create your user account.

  • When you log on to the system for the first time, make sure to complete all the information on the My Profile tab before applying for any jobs.

  • Click the Job Opening tab to see a list of current opportunities.

Please Note: If you applied for a position before September 1, 2008, you will need to complete a new application. You should allow at least 30 minutes to complete a new profile and enter information on your education, work experience, certifications, and preferences. It will facilitate entry of your profile if you have all of your documentation, such as work history and resume, with you before starting your new AACOG Connect profile.

You do not need to create a new profile each time you apply for a new position. There is no need to create a profile for each position applied for. You can edit and maintain your AACOG Connect profile and use it for multiple positions.

Check your e-mail regularly after applying for a position. Please remember your user name and password for future access to your profile; otherwise you may have to create a new profile again. Once you have applied for a position, your e-mail address will be used as the primary method of communication by AACOG.

Apply in Person

You do not need your own computer to apply for a position with AACOG. Computers are available to complete your AACOG Connect profile and application Monday-Friday, 8 am – 4 pm, at AACOG’s main office located at the following address:
