US Environmental Protection Agency Clean School Bus USA
Clean School Bus USA provides grant funding to school districts to replace older
model school buses, retrofit buses with emission control technologies, and
encourage policies that limit unnecessary bus idling. The U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency is accepting proposals from local and state governments,
nonprofit organizations, and local and federally recognized Indian Tribal
Government, for retrofit and/or replacement projects that reduce pollution from
school buses within the Blue Skyways Collaborative states of Arkansas, Iowa,
Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Texas, as well
as New Mexico, through the use of EPA verified or certified and/or California
Air Resources Board verified pollution reduction technologies. To view the

Texas Commission on Environmental Quality Texas Emission Reduction Plan
The Texas Emissions Reduction Plan is a comprehensive set of incentive programs
aimed at improving air quality in Texas. Currently, there are no
solicitations being accepted for the San Antonio Early Action Compact Region at
this time. |
