The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Texas Emissions Reduction Plan (TERP) program recently announced its 30-day notice for the upcoming Rebate Grants program. Rebate Grants will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis to repower or replace older heavy-duty diesel vehicles and select non-road equipment.
Application forms may not be submitted until the grant program officially opens on or after July 21, 2020. Grant documents from previous years including the project application and Rebate Grant Amount Tables are provided for your reference at www.terpgrants.org. Final grant documents for the 2020 Rebate Grants program will be made available once the grant round officially opens.
Eligible applicants include individuals, corporations, organizations, governments or governmental subdivisions or agencies, business trusts, partnerships, associations, or any other legal entity.
