"Eighth Annual State of the District” Mr. Phil Wilson, Executive Director, Texas Department of Transportation and Mr. Mario Medina, San Antonio Area District Engineer, TxDOT will be addressing a number of topics including TxDOT accomplishments and future plans from a statewide as well as local perspective. The San Antonio Area District includes Atascosa, Bandera, Bexar, Comal, Frio, Guadalupe, Kerr, McMullen, Medina, Uvalde and Wilson Counties. SAMCo Recognition Awards will also be presented by Louis Rowe, SAMCo Chair. Historically, this event has more than 350 attendees including local legislators, elected officials, chamber and business leaders.
