AACOG Data Center Request Form

Please fill out this form to request assistance from our data center.

All Data Requests from the AACOG Data Center include a $55.00 per hour charge with a 1-hour minimum for non-members of AACOG.  $45.00 per hour is the rate for AACOG member governments whose request requires more than 30 minutes of computer time.
